Dale began his career in the financial services industry in December 1983. In 2004, Dale joined New York Life as a Partner in the Arizona General Office. He qualified as a “Top 25” Partner 3 consecutive years and was also a multiple Gathering of Eagles qualifier. In 2008 Dale was promoted to Corporate Vice President of the South Central Zone in Alpharetta, GA. During this time, he worked closely with New York Life's field leadership teams and was a recipient of the Zone Award of Excellence.

Dale joined the Raleigh General Office as Managing Partner in July of 2013.

He is married with two children and resides in the North Raleigh area.

Erich has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He started his career in 1995 after graduating with a degree in Accounting. He specialized in Long-Term Care insurance and legacy planning in Washington DC. He joined New York Life in 2001, where he has held positions of a Presidents Council Agent* as well as a Partner. Prior to joining our G.O. he has spent the last decade in SC where he relocated his practice. Erich has enjoyed multiple years of MDRT** as well as mentoring newer agents launch their practices. He brings a proven track record of success with NYL and brings strong leadership skills to our Team.

His family Shelly, Noah, Lucas, Paige are all excited to be in North Carolina.

Domenic began his financial services career as a New York Life agent in 2017, after a nearly two-decade career as a chef and restauranteur. As an agent, Domenic was a two-time Executive Council qualifier*, Career Summit and Strive for Excellence qualifier, Centurion, and two-time Raleigh New Org Agent of the Year. Domenic joined the Raleigh General Office management team as a Partner in 2021, and is passionate about coaching, mentorship, and strategy.

In is personal time, Domenic enjoys spending time with his wife Heather and their three children. He also enjoys cooking, playing disc golf, podcasting, and cheering for the Carolina Hurricanes.

Demetrius began his financial services career with New York Life in January 2013 He earned first prestigious award called the Blue Vase, which is given to new agents that acquire 30 applications in their first 90 days. He went on to be the new org agent of the month several times. He received recognition from the African American Market Unit of New York Life for contributing to the 50-billion-dollar empowerment campaign by placing over $2,000,000 of life insurance. He has been recognized for his Community Involvement by New York Life, as well as earning Council Agent status, and earning qualified member of the Million Dollar Roundtable.

Demetrius earned his Bachelor of Science degree is Public Health Education from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina.

Demetrius’s passion for helping others and leaving a positive impact in the community is what drives him each day in his role as Associate Partner with New York Life. In his personal time, Demetrius enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing golf and cooking for his family and friends.
